Tiff is an intuitive creative known for shedding a tear at every wedding (but a bad van packer, though!) and for her love of all colours.
Her favourite part of weddings is everything! Especially getting to know the couples and soaking in the magic just before guests arrive.
Her mantra: "I think we need more flowers."
Maddy
Floral ninja since 2022, specialising in arbours, installations, and bridal arrangements.
Organised and creative, always with a smile.
Supermum to Alice & Jasper, a dahlia enthusiast, music lover, and perpetual learner. Van-packing champion (friendly rivalry with Dave).
Loves witnessing each individual style, colour palette and wedding dreams come true.
Mantra: "I love dahlias! Look at those dahlias. These dahlias are so pretty!"
Noah
Master of rose stripping and flower processing, this early bird catches the best blooms and works late to bring floral fantasies to life.
A conversational wizard with a wicked sense of humour, he's the ultimate "do-er" out there. Obsessed with the nuts and bolts of floristry, he's the MacGyver of petals.
We often get asked by clients, "If he's Noah, does that make you the Fox?"
Dave
Tiff’s husband is the ingenious inventor and builder behind all the wild floral mechanics that stem from her crazy ideas.
He's her trusted business advisor, her unwavering support system, and the early morning listener for all her worries. He's the one who fearlessly climbs to all the difficult places to make her visions a reality.
He's also an expert van packer (with a healthy, ongoing competition with Maddy!), and her main partner for those essential market runs.
His favorite flower? Anything without thorns! And his best quote, a testament to his resourcefulness, is "Give me enough cable ties and I can secure anything."
Ivy
She's a wizard with reflexing roses, a true "colour palette queen," and an all-around superstar!
From assisting with flowers to being a supportive advice-giver, she does it all.
A huge animal lover, she dreams of a wedding surrounded by a sea of delphiniums.
She's also the mastermind behind all our branded clothing, and her favourite floral style is the charming 'cottage garden.'
What she loves most is seeing the magic of a finished wedding, and you'll often hear her saying, "Does anyone need a drink or a snack? You know low blood sugar isn't good for creatives!"
